It's all in the words

Funny how songs change over the years.

Was listening to Harry Chapin's "Taxi" today and thinking how the songwriting just makes that song so deep and meaningful. (Now we just get stuff like "My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard"...lol)

Hadn't heard the follow up, "Sequel" in a long time and decided to give that a whirl. And the one line that stuck out was:

"It's better sometimes when we don't get to touch our dreams."

Sometimes I wonder if that's true...I hope not...because I look forward to one particular milkshake...and a whole lot more! :D
