I know...many people make them at the beginning of a new year...
But how effective are they, really? We think we're going to change things, but we're just deluding ourselves because, after a while, we fall into the same old patterns.
However, instead of seeking help on what you need to change in your life and spending all sorts of money on assistance in terms of analysis and self help books, there's only one form of therapy, really...and this is it...

The only New Year's resolution I have ever stuck to is the one to never make resolutions ever again. Yay me!
Instead I make changes as and when necessary. It works so much better and makes more sense.
Screw the resolutions...lol...they almost never make it past the end of January anyway!
